Sir, unsa on man og use sa macro if ang object naa sa likod?! Nag lisod jud ko sir, dli ko kabalo... Hehehe... Kay I'm trying to take an object w/c is at the back, kaso lang ang e focus sa DigiCam kay ang Object sa front. Dli na cya madala og DigiCam sir? Hmm... lisod gyud na ug focus ang compact digital labi na kun through glass.
even if not through a glass surface, e.g. duol sa laing object nga dili i-focus, lisod sad kay usually dili man pwede i-manual focus kun digicam (compact)

there are some p&s compact cameras capable of manual focusing, even more DSLR alike functions.

@saijo_18: Yes, although it's not always the case. But with DSLRs you can easily switch to manual focus especially if your lens has full-time manual focusing.
I have an olympus compact and it can focus through glass although not as fast and consistent as I would like it to be.
Whichever, it requires practice and mastery.
