It takes one year to take effect

I worked with Stream Global Services for 2 years as Technical Support Rep. Everything went smoothly before but not until I reached my first year of working there. My TL is not qualified for the position. He bullied agents specially kadtong di niya ganahan. They are not in good terms with his Technical Officer. Kiss-ass ang show niya para lang di siya matsugi. He even favors a few agents and those favored ones usually have the opportunity to go on leave much often than other agents.

He even forces his agents to resign for some reasons nga siya lang ang nakasabot.

Other than that, the company is not good in handling people. I resigned last January and that I already completed my clearance. I was told to wait for a call so I could be scheduled for an exit interview but till now, I have not heard anything from their HR reps. I don't think they paid my taxes because my TIN was never reflected in any of my payslips.

My SSS contributions are not complete. I have unpaid months for 2010 and until now, it is still there. I tried to complain about it but the HR just said, it still needs to be updated. This is crazy, what updates they still need to do? It's been long that the unpaid contributions are still reflected online (SSS webpage).

I knew one former employee in Stream, her MDR has not yet been updated from the time she worked until she resigned. The name of the company was not reflected in her MDR. She said that she will take actions about it.

Worst thing of it all, I have not received my last/back pay after 4 months I resigned. I am thinking of taking actions or to seek advice from the Labor Department. I think it's time to file a complaint against them for so many rules/law they violate. Good luck to me!
