You don't need to spend a lot on gyms or complex exercises to lose weight. The secret is consistency. Make sure to develop an active lifestyle.
I used to weigh mga 70 kgs lang when I was still in college. Bloated to around 85 kgs when I got married and got a job. Right now, I'm starting to go back to my active lifestyle. From 85 kgs, I'm now down to 81 kgs in 4 weeks. What I did? Eating small but frequent meals (kaon lang kung gutomon), jog at least twice a week, boxing at least thrice a week, do crunches before going to bed, and while watching television, I stretch, lift some weights, and even do crunches. Make good use of your spare time. Exercise doesn't really mean going out for a run or going to the gym to lift weights. Maski sa balay lang, daghan na kaayo mabuhat nga exercises.

From 182 lbs to 168 lbs in 2 months (Feb to April), cut back on soda, junk food and alcoholic drinks. Started jog/walk regimen (at least 3 times a week). I'm now stuck at 168 (usahay mo-170 lbs),experiencing weight-loss plateau, siguro because I'm building muscles sa akong paa ug batiis from frequent jogging pero nangluag na jud tawn akong mga sinina.

Diet jud ang pinaka maka paniwang... specially rice.. hehe!
naka try ko ana kadtong varsity pa ko sa volleyball pero pag undang nako sus dali kaayo ko ni tambok balik!!!

That does not follow bai . I havent seen this post till now but its never too late man pod to discuss it . ANyways , if you are OBESE , then you are not in your IDEAL WEIGHT . Thats how it goes bai unless you are inclined into something that is not an authority when it comes to BODY MASS INDEX .
No such thing as being OBESE and you are in your IDEAL BODY WEIGHT . COntradicting isnt it ??

For the record , there is no such thing as DIET here and DIET there to include FAD DIETS , there is no truth into my friends , pangwarta ra na . As long as you guys eat the variety , in the proper exchange of food , know your TER ( Total Exchange Rate ) , observe the food guide pyramid ... everything will follow . It is very unhealthy to lose and shed those extra fats in an abrupt manner . The very dieal way of losing it is 1 - 3 lbs a week lang .
That should be coupled with an active lifestyle ( jogging , workouts , running , trekking , etc ) also and avoid those nasty vices like smoking , drugs , alcohol abuse and very few sleep time .
Lastly .... eat 5 to 6 times a day as long as it is in the proper exchange , that will help to avoid OVEREATING . Do not eat also because you are hungry , samot na mo overeat ka . bahalag busog ka 12 noon , kaon lang gihapon . Kay if di ka mo kaon , by 6 to 7 pm dinner time , kutoy na tiyan , diha na ta mo overeat ana kay gutom man kaayo . Slow na ang metabolism so ang breakdown sa excess calories will be stored sa lawas nato kay di man ma apil ug burn naturally .
