There was peace between the City and the Province, but Rama broke it, trying to grandstand in the city council.
It's now Gwen's last term, and if the previous Poll numbers are any indication, Davide is set to win the governor's seat.

If tommy is to win, there would probably be peace between the two.
If rama, I am not so sure.

Disagree with this... Tomas and Gwen were/are like Cats and Dogs. Grabe tong ilang away to the point that it affected Cebuanos from the City and Province.

Tomas can get along with someone as long as that person is (under his control) / in his party.

Rama has already shown that he is willing to work with others. It is the BOPK that are acting like a bunch of fratboys denying Rama of funds and making things difficult for him just because he is not a member of their BOPK gang.
