Latest update of pldt: Network should be back and running by January 20.

kanang mga guys, ask lang ko. akong pldt myDSL kay bayad kog 1995 kada month.. lock-in paman gud. but as soon as mahuman ang lock-in amo ning e unsubscribe. gusto ko makabaw sa mag rates sa DSL sa pldt bah. tagpilahon naman diay na sila karon?

You have no dialtone if you have pldt dsl and connected to a RAN near your location. If there is a brownout, the RAN also has no power, so you dont have phone. Thats was a reason why I let PLDT connect me straight to their IPDSLAM without RAN.

unsa comments ninyo about the 999 plan sa dsl? kay we r paying 1995 man gud. naa koy plano mo downgrade

I Am a Pldt Mydsl user for about 3 years pa...but my connection is a bit slow compared to your connections. Currently having 30 kbps speed (karon na daut ang connection)......pero before only get a download speed of 50 kbps...is there something wrong sa ako connection? Modem part of a slow connection?

There is nothing wrong. Everybody is having problems because of the Taiwan earthquake. Until the fiber optic cables are repaired, you need just luck to be able to browse (or a good proxy server).

I mean...even before bro..download speed is really slow...even before the Taiwan earthquake..and my connection always gets disconnected...needs a minutes before i reconnect...I have their old softtouch modem ("I think").. currently their using another modem man siguro. Is there any difference in terms of speed kung mao na ako modem?

mas maayo bro ipa update imo modem just what i did kay sige raba sila upgrade sa ila DCE sa updated pud imo DTE, ang ako modem gamit katong pinaka latest nila
