@rudjard...where are you gonna be in iowa. i have lived in iowa state about 2 yrs before. depende asa ka dapit, it can be so cold in some areas.

hi Streetcar have u tried the crab with gata? same thing u did with ur shrimps. but much better if u add a bit of spice more on
bicol-type of ginataang alimango... (chilli crab) but better fresh coconut milk not in tins
i bet ur kids love the toasted bread with butter and sugar (crunchy tasty bread) a bit of cinnamon wuld do the trick.
i think when u buy fish there it's already headless

Hello to you Rudjard, thanks for stopping by. Wala pa ko ka try anang crab with gata but i heard so much about it na its really good daw. I like Laing from Bicol sab. I make that but without Gabi, i use Spinach instead. BTW, you have a recipe for chili crabs? Post didto sa Foods Section or maybe there is already a recipe for it i have to check. Must be good since even here the Vietnamese Restos that's how they do their crabs with gata and chili a bit spicy maybe? Lami jud na. I'll try that next month since i just had crabs at least once a month ra ko mokaon ug crabs. About fish, no they have heads when you buy them but of course kasama sa weight yung head. But you can also buy fillet na. Sa mga Asian supermarkets dire, its free cleaning and frying kung gusto nimo pa prito. After i choose which fish to buy, they weigh it and put the price tag akong ipa putol ang mga ulo pero included na sa price yung head i just dont want the head part. Lagi wish they can cut the head first and weigh it, hahaha

yes i'll be staying there for good but my wife and I maybe going to LA or Texas after her conctract will expire next year.
nahan man kos texas (huston) coz i used to go there, then sa LA i have my relatives living in cerritos...we don't know yet
where we really wana go.

Mai ako grabe ako panuhot sa ko buko²... as in sapot gyud way kinutuban... i dunno basta tingtugnaw gani as in ngulngol kaayo sahay nalang gud mohilak ko sa kahasul. I wish naay omega pain killer diri aron mamatay ni, hahayz inom nalang ko pain killer pero dili man gud gyud na pain ang panuhot gud.... dili ma explain nga burden haaaaaaaaaaaaay huhuhuhu help meeeeeeee! As in maghilak gyud ko sa kahasul. Imnan nalang nako ibuprofen then haplasan ug vicks, inig effect sa vicks wala na natulog nako. At least nalang. Gabii man pud siya mohasul permi dili man pud daytime.

Huhuhu I need a manghihilot bad.

Hi Rudjard, good move that you will stay here for good. Not everyone has that opportunity and if they do, i hope they value it because dili baya sayon mo abroad. My aunt was telling me just how grabe the linya sa Embassy sa Manila and people wanting to leave the country and go abroad. Since its not your first time, then you should have a very easy transition especially that your wife is with you. Texas is too hot during the summer months. Maka appreciate gihapon ko sa among perfect temp dire sa California since we dont really go the extremes of being too hot and too cold on most days. Daghan man sab kaayo Pinoys sa Texas. I think anywhere you go in the US there are so much more Pinoys now than when i came here in the late 70s. Mas grabe ang California. Where i work, 70% Pinoys. Minority mga puti dire. Kay ngano? ang mga Pinoys smart. Sila ra man makapasar ug mga civil service exams, hehehe true baya na. And the Pinoys hard working kaayo hangtud kaya sa lawas, trabaho pirmi two jobs and some even three jobs so they can support their families back home. I wish you more greater times ahead

Hi Ne, what happened to you man? i know how that feels. Before that happened to me for many months going on and off ang sakit...I feel it when i lay down to sleep and when i wake up morag sakit kaayo akong mga bones. Then i started taking Calcium Supplements two tablets a day with food, kay niiingon akong nurse nga friend dire that's what i need to take. its like a miracle nawala akong mga sakit sakit sa bones. And the very cold weather is not helping a bit. So buy Calcium over the counter kanang naay with Vitamin D. That's what i am taking. Nawala na tanan sakit sakit sa akong kalawasan and my bones especiallly. Basta ting tugnaw ra gyud ko ka feel ana. Also kung pain pills, take the Extra Strength Tylenol Rapid Release. Mao na iya name. Over the counter ra na siya. Its good for body aches and pains too. I hope you feel better just bundle up real good and stay warm. You take care.
