If you are an expat, kanang rights nga imong na-enjoy anang nasura dili na gikan sa imong pagkatawo kundili gikan sa permiso sa gobyerno. So if you pisses the government off, they can easily revoke those rights.

Well, there's the other video and, I believe, those guys genuinely love the Philippines--maybe, Cebu--most of the scenes were shot in Mactan island. They even like the pirated DVDs.
