labor malpractice is here to stay unless government do something about it.
that's a basic setup sa mall business. their management don't give a damn if they keep on hiring new staff to replace existing one's after 5 month period for training cost is low, or absolutely no cost at all.
this country doesn't care what happens to the labor force, they're more concern of collecting taxes.

Even big and well-known BPO companies dili gani mamayad ug tarong. Magpagukod pa ug kuwang2 sweldo. Kung di ka kabantay, aw TY jud to ang kuwang2x nimo. Pastilan.
ayaw na mo ug asa na matabangan mo sa DOLE.. even our own NLRC is not competent and brave enough to handle cases like TS posted..
sa manila pa lang gane daan everyday 20 cases ila gina atubang na labor disputes but at the end of the day mura lang wala nahitabo na reklamo between the abuser and the abused..
