    what the girl push ups? dispenseR OMG...in short dika ganahan tawgon nga tao nga walay pulos?!hehehe. is it for summer? or trying to fit in a new 2 piece?hahaha. anyways, i congratulate you for making this choice. lahi2x ta ug reasons pero still nag-abot ta diri.

    since you are new to this thing, ayaw lang pud kalite imong body. hinay2x lang kay slowly mag adapt pud na cya sa changes. if kalit ka switch ani na diet, tendency is, mapul-an ka ug dali kay huna2x nimu this is one big sacrifice.

    if you are really into this road, then enjoy the journey rather than the destination! pag try nalang pud ngita other activities para pud dili lang ka mapul.an sa routine.

    eggs: nevermind, lahi akong utok when it comes to eggs. tapulanon ko ug chew ug food, so id rather eat GULP them down! before, i do just get a boiling water then pour it into 2-3 raw eggs. after they are cooled i gulp them down! (i know it sounds yucky!!!haha.) anyway, other recipe for eggs is that 5 eggs, cup of boiling water (to kill salmonella and other bacteria), alpine milk evap (smallest can), and royal true orange!!! the orange kills the smell, while milk adds the creaminess of the whole thing. i know this sounds weird...hahaha. just dont stress too much over this.

    keep yourself motivated para dili dayon ka mapul-an or bored!

    GO get them girl!!!

    I started living alone this year man gud and ganahan ko makaalsa ug tubig kay kapuy kaayo maghuwat ug tao para mu-alsa. hehe. nindot man sad lean gud. Di ko ganahan ug daot lagi pero yatyat kaayo ug arms. haha.

    this isn't really for summer or for two-piece kay I don't even like the beach. health choice lang jud and to reduce risk of "expensive" diseases like diabetes, high blood, cancer etc. at least walay bawal nga food pud as long as in moderation. health freak man gud akong mama (she's a herbalife supervisor) and karon pa ni-rub in sa akoa. hehehe.

    weird kaayo imong egg recipe. di ko ganahan mu-try haha. murag daghan sad kaayo ug calories oi, pang-body builder man na. mangita nalang kog para salad2x kunuhay, or siguro recipe for egg spread with wheat tortillas. kanang pang-chix! :P

    Grocery List update:

    • chicken breast (5 pcs)
    • Fish (5 slices)
    • frozen vegetables
    • eggs (half-dozen)
    • Sugar-free apple juice (30 calories ra ni per 250ml). Pangpa-tulak in case way lami akong luto, which is usually the case haha.
    • Wheat tortillas (pref. 8-inches). barato raman to ang dozen.


    I think I'm all set for the entire week next week! Will post updates sa recipe.

    hahaha. kataw-ana manka dwar oie, or what should i call you!hahaha. if ma health buff na gani ka, believe me. gnahan naka sa beach! vitamin D supplement bya na you can get naturally!haha.jsut dont overdo it lang pud. herbalife?wow maka hatag mo discounts? nahan ko atong amino acid ninyu nga powder!

    yeah, ingun bitaw ko loud kaau akogn recipe sa egg. its for survival lang pud kay mahal kaau ingredients!

    dili ka nahan try ug soy products, like tofu, soya milk?

    Gikan ra ko grocery.

    Nipalit ko chayote, baguio beans, pork and beans nga 100 grams nga pack (favorite! nya 98 calories ra per pack), cauliflower, Welch's Light Grape Juice nga 40-ish calories per 250ml, and mga seasonings for chicken.

    Ganahan kaayo ko ug soya milk. Favorite nako and makainom ko 1 liter in 2 days maong delikado kay medyo taas2x siya ug calories. Gatan-aw bitaw ko ganina ug gamay2x nga calories nya at least 120 kcal man to per 250ml serving. Tan-awn pa nako kung mu-fit siya sa akong calorie count per day.

    Kanang tokwa kay tofu ba na? Kita ko ganina unta pero wa ko kabalo unsaun pagluto. Di pa kaayo ko kabalo muluto, actually. This year ra jud ko ka-start ug luto so hit and miss siya. Any recipes/tips for cooking tofu?

    re:herbalife mangutana ko pila akong mahatag nimo sa amino acid. :P hehe

    sa ako experience kay lami isagol sa oatmeal kay nuts (cashews or almonds, around 1/4 cup), and granola nga 1/4 cup. fiber rich kaayo ni and as long as gamay ang portions, low calorie. Add a little milk pud for taste and calcium.

    Breakfast: Herbalife protein shake
    lunch: In a plate 1/4 meat and grains, 1/2 veggies an fruits.
    Dinner: Herbalfie protein shake

    Today's Breakfast: Herbalife meal replacement shake blended with ice, 1 medium-sized banana, 2 tbsp instant oatmeal.
    Lunch: Linat-ang baboy, 1/2 cup rice and lots of vegetables (chayote, beans, carrots, cauliflower)
    Dinner later: fish nuggets (fried cream dory fillet, vegetables).

    waaaaaaaaaa..idol gyud ni si dwardwar oie. naglaway kos imong gkaon. especially ang dinner!hehehe. i just dont eat pork. pero if walay lain, wala nay choice. kaon nalng.!hehehe
