I have this problem once in awhile too...there are times that i have to go to work the next day without zzzzzz at all.
pero kung mabanhaw akong hilig ug jogging lami kau akong tulog every night.

try reading a book everynight ts and im sure na kapuyan na imong mata unya ganahan naka matug.
