OMG...in short dika ganahan tawgon nga tao nga walay pulos?!hehehe. is it for summer? or trying to fit in a new 2 piece?hahaha. anyways, i congratulate you for making this choice. lahi2x ta ug reasons pero still nag-abot ta diri.
since you are new to this thing, ayaw lang pud kalite imong body. hinay2x lang kay slowly mag adapt pud na cya sa changes. if kalit ka switch ani na diet, tendency is, mapul-an ka ug dali kay huna2x nimu this is one big sacrifice.
if you are really into this road, then enjoy the journey rather than the destination! pag try nalang pud ngita other activities para pud dili lang ka mapul.an sa routine.
eggs: nevermind, lahi akong utok when it comes to eggs. tapulanon ko ug chew ug food, so id rather eat GULP them down! before, i do just get a boiling water then pour it into 2-3 raw eggs. after they are cooled i gulp them down! (i know it sounds yucky!!!haha.) anyway, other recipe for eggs is that 5 eggs, cup of boiling water (to kill salmonella and other bacteria), alpine milk evap (smallest can), and royal true orange!!! the orange kills the smell, while milk adds the creaminess of the whole thing. i know this sounds weird...hahaha. just dont stress too much over this.
