My Toshiba netbook dili na mo start! Please help.

When i open my Toshiba win7 Starter version netbook after nearly 3 months not using it, it will not start anymore.

It keeps on loading... some texts in blue screen.. then it will hang..
Unfortunately this is bought in the US 2nd hand, so wala koy cd installer.


what will i do? if you can help...

if la kay mga importante na files then try to reload the OS..

try to go to technician, ingna sila nga if pwede before i.format imong hd, i.pa.run ang ilang data recovery sortware, nakalimot lang sa gigamit sa akoa. basta naa sila ana.

i did that, nisalir man pud.

run hardware diagnostics if naa ingon ana nga option imo laptop.. check the hardware first before anything else.. wa ta kabalo gi-molds\gitaya\moist ang contacts sa imong HDD\RAM\wifi\BT\etc or maybe naa lang jud guba... it makes no sense in toubleshooting the software if the hardware is the one at fault.. usually naa na sa BIOS ang hardware diagnostic option..

Thanks guys for the suggestion, appreciated jud ang kani nga site. I will try reload/diagnostic.. if not then i will consult techs, i dont know any of reformat.. lolz.. also dont have the windows installer..

not sure kung naa nay recovery partition.... pero try lang... turn it on then pag flash to toshiba logo, press and hold "0" zero key... kung naay recovery partition, it should kick in, kung wala, aw manual reformat jud na using an external optical drive...
