Hey guys! Im still on a lemonade diet and after this would be a new era for my digestive tract!
Im giving my body the gift of healthy eating. Im a call center agent so i can be called sedentary. I hafta plan what to eat if im not gonna burn them.
I just walk 1.5 km everyday to and from work and sometimes do yoga flex for 19mins.
