    i can hear him breathing through his nose. sometimes i use both mouth and nose at the same time to let air pass through. it's the only way i can get a decent sound out of some holes (especially when it comes to bending). i want to know if that is correct because i thought we were supposed to breathe "through" the harmonica (with the use of the mouth). pwede ba diay i apil ang ilong? kung pwede gani, nindut kay i can bend the lower holes using that trick sometimes. pero on the other hand, unsaon na lang kung ping-ot ang ilong so dili pud ka bend? naguol na gyud ko aning bending. mao ra ni akong pirmi dumtan kung makapanahon ug practice.

    Maybe... hehe...

    Try the link again or just type in the search box "John Gindick."

    You play the harp too, dlanyer77?

    what kind of technique did Bob Dylan used in playing harmonica with his folk songs? Is this hard to learn? If the guitar is in the key of G, what is the key for diatonic harmonica should i use?

    @walrus:
    b.dylan usually plays the harp on a rack (neck harmonica holder). mostly plays 1st position whih means if your music is 'g' then you use a 'g ' harp. it is quite easy to play this way. he also plays 2nd position but less frequently. if the music is 'g' then you use a 'c' harp. this position will require some know-how of bending.

    Woke up this mornin'...with Eric Clapton's Strat and Derek Truck's SG still runnin' 'round my brain. hehehe. I wished that Jerry Portnoy was there but my favorite contemporary harp player was absent. Maybe because EC really planned on playing "Derek and the Dominoes " era songs. Nevertheless it was an experience albeit a little weird since the audience was so well behave till the encore........
