whhoooaaa....new thread for the Mandaue Lone District. If I may say something... You give to Juan what is due to Juan. Indeed Mandaue has been eligible for years yet its officials preferred to sat on the issue. For what
Voting numbers? Territory? Personal gain Hhmmm...there could be numerous reasons, and 20 years as a wait time is tooooo much for a growing city that needs all the help it can get. How much is the pork barrel of a Congressman Now divide it into 3 (Consolacion, Cordova and Mandaue), how much is left for Mandaue? Will it sustain the needs of the city?
Don't you know that the Ampatuan managed to make 2 separate lone districts for their province that does not meet the population requirement and land area? If there is a will there is a way (though I'm referring to all legal ways here). Personally, Mandaue deserves more from this Congressman. Now, if he will still continue to sit on this issue with his "FAT ASS", then I guess Mandaue voters are smart enough to vote for a better congressman come next election.

So far Luigi's 1st term seems iffy, I heard about the Ambuvan project as well that also sounds iffy for me. Luigi better gets his @ss moving so he wont be evicted on his post this next election. Because from what I've observed Mandauehanons have been waiting for the lone seat for sooooo long now.
