we are not arguing about that. of course everything can be done. be it with precedent or not. could be it's a precedent on it's own I don't care. when a thing is done or not done, there is always a reason behind. if your goal is to convince the representative, I really believe that this is not the right venue here.

Unless if you have other motives or purpose than pursuing the lone district thing.

where is the question? LOL. I was just giving you some hints or tips to achieve what you want but yet mo simang ka sa topic. this topic is beyond the title. This is not a question if it is right or not. This is a question of HOW and please don't answer that he is bolay-og. if you are dead serious about this, communicate with him. what way? it is very evident in both of your posts that you are not proposing constructive things over here. you are just plainly criticizing. so what do you call it? you are giving your ideas here to make your mandaue a lone district, which for me, this is not the right venue to submit your ideas. send it to luigi, convince him and show to him that he is wrong. that's the best thing to do.

Reclamador has given you explicit directions at how to solve the Mandaue-Consolacion-Cordova problem.
he says that Mandaue can be a congressional district at long last without sacrificing Consolacion and Cordova by citing the 3rd district of Manila as an example of an exemption to the 250k population requirement .

Galy and i understand it but you seems to gloss over this argument !! funny because i thought you and your cohorts seem to agree that a wrong was done but yet you refuse to do anything to help correct that wrong !!!
