I just came from the seminar and Mr.John and Mr Gus Cosio are humble, No recruitment recieve here and There actions is this "If u want to invest then invest if you dont then its your decision" kind of action no pushy or other stuff and i like that very confident and actually believing they're own products/service

We don't make money recruiting people. Zero jud as in.
Mag 5 years nako sa negosyo, pero wala jud ko kahinumdum bisan piso ni sulod sa ako cheque kung maka recruit ug tao sa company.

Usahay ang tao dili kasabot why you let people join your team.
Nagtoo sila maka earn ta kung maka recruit or refer.

In any organization, people come and go!!! Recruiting is normal.
Mu sulod kag Frat, recuit gihapon, musulod kay military recruit gihapon, sulod kag call center recruit gihapon. Mangita kag trabaho recuit gihapon.

Kung mag start ka ug imu company or traditional business, why mangrecruit man jud kag tao who will work for you, unsay purpose? It is just the same reason.

Maayo ng pasabton, unsay gamit sa recruiting.
Common sense ra jud kaayo kung unsay gamit ana niya in any traditional business, companies, organizations.
Ang clue ana kay "People come and go". Most people won't stick long. It is a survival for the fittest.
Even in traditional business, people resign and find another job. It is just the same thing. Abig maka dungug ug word nga recruit, wala na mura nag na poison ang pag huna huna and jump to conclusion "Ahh peraha ra na sa uban".

Guys, the PSE Index as well as the all shares index are doing exemplary well since January. This bullishness has rubbed off to a lot of investments. Mutual funds is one of the most directly affected by the stock market. If the stock market does good, MFs does good, if the stock market does bad, MFs relatively follow suit.
