Dili na pan-os ang cause sa FBI . Its the improper way of FOOD HANDLING which I think is the 4 hour rule and its normal if the people involved has no training on how to avoid it , human sigarilyo di manghugas or mangugmo or kawt sa buhok etc or using CONTAMINATED FOOD already . That is not also a big deal , dali ra na maayo . Na big deal lang na because they are performers sa ASEAN SUMMIT , ug walay ASEAN SUMMIT ma sensationalized kaha na ? Basin suhulan ra na sa MAJESTIC or paka-on ug libre kuyog family the day they get well .

My sis had food poisoning sa Manila. They bought freshly cooked Pancit Malabon and went to Dasmarinas which is only a good 45 min to 1 hour drive but the food got spoiled anyhow. This incident was purely an accident and unintentional.

My family and in-laws also experienced severe food poisioning in Dad's SM during my Wife's birthday, there were 15 of us. Recently, my friend her classmates and family experienced the same just recently there were 20 of them. The left over food of the family buffet at Dad's SM is probably just stored in the freezer and they just re-heat it. Even their Angus Beef is no longer tender and fresh. Mura na ug kasahos.

But their buffet in Glorietta is still good. Probably because they have more patrons there.

@bigfoot oracle  --- no one is saying that they did it on purpose...just as springy said... mishandling of the food will contaminate it.  scary bya gyud to cater to a group as big as that...kasi nga not all the time eh kainin immediately ang food. it is just too bad that they all fell ill...  concerned syempre si mango kay naa man sya food na i-serve sa iya facility sa BTC...and maybe kilala nya ang mga owners of the catering service personally...

and i do agree with you....ang media ba...minsan making mountains out of molehills. hahayyy.....

Bisan pinaka fresh na siya na pagkaon ang nasukad but the the way it was prep , contaminated na siya . Examples of contaminated food na dili pan-os yet infected na are :

- RAW BEEF na nasagulan ug RAW CHICKEN , cross contamination na siya . It wont smell nor look bad but grabe na kaau ang breeding sa bacteria ana .

- Eating RAW FOOD is risky . Its not that its RAW but being RAW , dali kaau na siya ma infected tungod sa TEMPERATURE which when I say 4 hour rule applies .



ANgay buhaton sa MAJECTIS is ipasara ang establishment while test and inspeactions are being conducted . Till they pass the inspeaction diha pa mo resume ang business and operations . regarding the MANAGEMENT and FBI VICTIMS , wala nay labot ang authorities ana . SIla na magsabot ana in monetary value or shouldering hostpial bills etc .

Get the foodhadlers some training by a certified HEALTH INSPECTOR . Hire better and knowledgeable chefs who can and will ENFORCE proper FOOD HANDLING .

simpol ra man ang rason atong ilang giingon nga "food poisoning".....nganong pack lunch may ilang gikan-an nga dinner naman to nila gikaon...so mao toy rason kay nag pack lunch bisan ting dinner na....saunz...

btaw murag naa lang gyud to sa ilang gkaon unya wa kauyon ilang immune system....mao tong nagsuka-kalibang tong mga naka kaon...dili man sad cguro ta kabasol sa caterer kay murag na shock sad to sila nganong na ingon ato to...so huwaton na lang nato ang imbestigasyon kon unsa gyuy hinungdan ato...

it should be a lesson to all agencies who issues permits to all restos and food related businesses in Cebu...Government agencies should be very strict now in their inspections...i think they conduct inspections to all restaurants n Cebu, not only with majestic....media( especially Leo L....nag saba saba ani nga issue maainly because makakwarta sya ug daku ani....).

hmm..if majestic catering is the one at belvic... PERTENG HUGAWA diha sa building ha... if they brought the food down sa basement para i-load sa ilang trucks, daghan kau rats and cockroaches didto sa ubos... and ive seen them transport food around there na gi coveran lang og saran wrap and dili jd kana metal covers.
