    1st month.
Ginansya lang gamay. Probably because gamay pa nakatultol.

    2nd month.
With the blessings and guidance from Him, honestly, ang NET profit was almost equal to our start up capital.

Tips nga ma-share nako. Prayers and trust on your capacity to handle the business. Doing business comes with a lot of risks. Pero dapat andam ka to take the risk. And ang pinaka-importante sa tanan is to do daily audits. You don't need to be an accountant or a business grad para maka-audit. The formula has been long taught even during our elementary years.

Formula: Net Profit = Total Sales - Total Expenses (includes wages, electricity bill..tanan nga pagawas nga kwarta)

Importante kaayo nga naa ka lista sa tanan sales ug sa expenses maski piso pa na. Keep track on your sales and expenses daily and do it religiously. I made my own Excel file and so far it has guided me to the success of this business on its 2nd month.

Lastly, if mga days before the end of the month. Pugong na sa expenses para ma maximize ang profit. And para ang next purchase nimu (considered as expense) will be sa following month na. Kaya ra na basta track lang dyud nang formula nga naa sa taas.

Naa pa d i. Nganli inyong business name ug kanang catchy nga name.

Thank you boss. 10K amo monthly rental. Dayon amo cook 1200php per week. Ang sa bantay sa eatery kay relatives ra man so sharing sa net profit na lng mi which I think is better kay para maningkamot pud sila nga ipadako dyd ang ginansya. Besides, lain pd sweldohan dayon relatives ra nmu.

Fortuna St. amoa near AA BBq. Medyo lisud pa gani pagbawi namo sa mga customers balik kay kning among plastar karon atong lahi pa nagrent known sila nga walay lami muluto. We did not do what others are doing, kana bitaw "Under New Management". Word of mouth lang. Let the people decide if there has been any improvement sa luto compared sa before. So far, we are getting positive and inspiring comments from our customers dyud. Nga kuno limpyo, lami na ang luto and dili balik-balik ang sud-an.
