What do you think is the best solution to the over supply of nurses in our country?

best solution? more health care funding.. actually kung tan-awn nimo sa hospitals, kuwang ra man jud ang mga STAFF nurses.. dli lang jud sila manghire kay walay ikasweldo.. another solution kay i-regulate ang nursing (which, i think, is happening now.. or is it just because daghan na jud naka-realize nga nursing is not the golden ticket to a better life?)

partly to blame pud ang families nga cgeg push nga magnursing ang bata, kay aron lage makalarga.. maskin pag claro na kaayo ang recession, cge padayon gihapon.. daghan pa gud nagtapok diri nga nurses nga batch 2006-2007 pa kay wala pa ilang priority date.. partly to blame pud ta as students kay nagpadala pud ta..

labi na kung dli ang ginikanan nag gasto, then moingon dayon nga pag skwela ug nursing kay tabangan tka makalarga...gosh, dli ka ma-enganyo ana? bright na kaayo ang future..but in the end, wala lang diay gihapon kay walay powers ang nagpasalig...

ang kanang pag-regulate is probably the best short-term solutions...
kung long-term solution ato gipangita, dapat cguro mag-allocate na ug dako nga budget for healthcare..

possible man pud nga mga nurses nga walay trabaho kron could take up a second course not related to their field. because it's clear that we are having over supply of nurses and there are other industries nga kulang ang supply of workers. we are looking at a problem of job-skill mismatch also.

ok rana, gwapa bitaw nang mga nurses. ngita nlng silag seaman or mga abroad, engineer, etc. bitaw, either skwela sila balik or dawat silag work bahalag dili relevant sa ila course kay lisud na kaayo ang life karn pra magtambay2x lang. also, i think they're better candidates for a home based job, i dunno unsa to twag but they are like encoders, bsta murag magtype kag mga name sa tambal, so mejo familiar mn sila ug gma medical terms. i have an auntie who worked at home and does that (she's a medtech but she mentioned that it's also ok for nurses) and she's earning dollars. kalimot lng ko sa name gyud, google nlng.

i think ... a career shift is practical for jobless nurses... lets be realistic.... nowadays... di jud sayon mangita kasudlan...
the more ang moshift to other fields... the better ...

second thing is information dissemination (information campaign) from concerned sectors, (media, government, schools, companies, hospitals ... , parents)

regulation ... maybe to some point .. pero kahibalo na ta nga ang mga schools pangwarta pud kaayo ... so they cant really be trusted when "regulation" is concerned..
