Hi, how much is your budget? There is one house (green gate) after richmond hotel (going to Redemptorist) that rents rooms ranging from Php3,500 (good for one) to 15,000 per room, depends on type. Room is furnished and I am not sure if they have increased rate, it has been 3 years since my friend stayed there. This house is right beside the back entrance of Perpetual Succour.
If you are ok with walking a little farther from the hospital, there are numerous rooms if you walk going to redemptorist areas (Queen's Road). The houses (old style) post out signage at the gates if they have rooms available.
