over supply of nurses? diri sa philippines i dont think so... lack of nurses cguro, according sa akong survey.. ang salary madawat sa Province & Cities mao2 ra oie pero dako2 nuon gamay 1-2 thousand difference ang sa province ang nakabati kulang sila ug supply sa mga tambal.. pero ang nature sa work dili grabeh compare sa cities naa disgrasya permi..

sa laing country nga akong naadto-an gina occupy gyud tanan hospitals apil na sa province.. dili sila maka abroad kung dili ka comply aning requirements work for 5 years sa city & 5 years sa province.. mao nay dapat unta..

There is an oversupply of nurses... ka klaro ana, ato pa jud lalison..

Mao bitaw gagmay ug sweldo atong local nurses kay daghan man available labor... Law of Supply and Demand. IMHO, ang solution ani kay strict regulation jud sa CHED, in connection with PRC and DOLE.

Or ang Nursing Departments mag butang nalang ug karatula "Enroll at your own risk" or "Taking this course does not ensure you of getting a job which will commensurates your educational background"

dali raman nah.. adto sa mga provinces... "Provincial Hospitals".... intawn kalouy nalang dd2 kabalo bah mo 2-4 nurses ra ang naa sa province, mostly mga edaran pa gyud.. Nurses who graduated in the cities dont like to work in the province anymore correct me if Im wrong... anhi nah sila magtapok sa siudad, why? tanan lingaw naa diri, savings? i doubt... while in the province mingaw pero ma disiplina gyud nuon ka w/ experience & financial management..

mao gane naay RN heals na program para sa mga unemployed nurses para ma assign sila sa mga provincial hospitals.. the problem in our country KURIPOT magpa sweldo ug mga tauhan sa health sector.. dugay na bya na nga issue sukad pa na sauna.. mas gi-prioritize pa sa ato gobyerno ang tourism kaysa health sector.

and dili pud nimo ma blame ang mga future and present nurses run na magpa assign lang sa syudad kay sa provincial hospitals man gud aside sa gamay lang sweldo, limited lang ila mga learnings didto tapos wala pa gyud suporta sa mga ubang concerned agencies na dapat unta mutabang sa mga health sector.

and worst part, the bad politics in health sector is becoming rampant unlike before.. uban man gud palakasan sa pagdawat ug mga aplikante unya intawon daghan bya mga nurses.

daghan na man pud gane mga kursong related sa entrepreneur ang hantud run wala pud trabaho.. BSBA graduates for instance are having a hard time also making a good and stable career. pero kung naa ka negosyo daan unya nag BSBA ka aw kana magamit jud na nila.

but I agree with you na dapat unta mag negosyo na lang ta mga pinoy.. pwede gane unta after hi-skul magstart na ug negosyo ato mga kabataan bago magsulod ug college.

best solution ani kay ibutang sa curriculum sa nursing ang daghang English subjects para kung di sila manurse, call center ang padulngan..lol..
