better buy aerocool vs4 very nice for handling cable management. dako ug interior + daghan ug case fan ang masulod. at a price of 1.9k

Why is the temperature of my Phenom based processor lower than the ambient temperature?
Starting with the Phenoms, AMD's digital sensor no longer reports an absolute temperature value anymore, but a reading with a certain offset, which is unknown. It is estimated that this offset is between 10 - 15c.

I think high rana sya... ako kay 40C at full load... then 18C at idle...

CM V6gt + CM Storm Enforcer... ang 200mm front ra ang intake... 2 fans on top and 1 sa back kay exhaust... then push pull sa v6gt... kana na achieve nako nga temps on my FX6100...

Ubos kaayo. That is usually 90-100C..Truth is your 43C temp @ load is really 63C-73C depending on the real TJMax of FX series..

Boss Keropi... how should I know the TJmax of my FX? I just installed Coretemp and CPUID and ran it... Both programs showed the same temperature readings and also the same with my onboard temp sensor AXTU from my asrock mobo so I thought those temps were accurate... What should I do to get the accurate temps? Thanks in advance bro...

Im sorry bro i cannot answer you on that as this is a controversy on AMD cpus. They do not declare the tjmax recently. But im pretty sure the ambient temp shouldnt be any higher or equal to the idle temp (on air or water except LN2 and peltier). Siguro pwede nimo i-set ng tjmax using that fact as a basis. Assume T(idle) (on stock clocks) to be about 3-5C higher than T(ambient).

Example: idle= 25C
ambient = 30C
tjmax = 70C
Then you should add 5C+3C to 70C = 78C = tjmax. That would produce a more realistic temp IMO.

Note: This is just my made-up method. This is not absolute. If the method is erred, my sincerest apologies in advance..

Edit: I'll correct myself before somebody else does. Again my sincerest apologies..

High end water...............................6C above ambient
High end air (true push/pull) ........6-7C
High end air (1fan).........................7C
Mid air (zalman 9500)....................8-9C depending on fan rpm
