i believe in the thing that everything that you do is governed by ur "REASON". out of your reason comes your DRIVE to do things. agree man pud ko... if there is really a good reason (that convinced you) for you to workout...then you can incorporate that in your time of the day... find ur reason first then you can create the drive as what most of these guys are toiling about...

pwede raman ka maghome gym bro...try the basics..push up sit up and dumbells kung ginagmay lang sah gud![]()
Ako kay nag home based gym rako...palit ko ug dumbells... daghan naka mahimo bro ana..basta you know the program for biceps, triceps and etc...
pwede raman mag push-up2 ka sa balay mga 100x/day or twice a week. payter na kaayo.
maau jud mgaworkout para sa lawas k lagsik ato panglihok...
bro you should give time to your body. ako ma suggest sa imo is palit lang ug mga weights if wala jud ka time para inig uli nimo maka exercise paka gamay..
