pila karon ang rate s labor?..pg ngpahimo q ng gate..kasya kaha ang 50k s gate?..if 168sqm aq lot area..gnahan unta q n istainless nlng aq kitchen countertop and sink..gnahan pud q butangan ng vent.can anyone advise me kung asa mas brato..naa nq 100k n budget pra s dirty kitchen and fence..kasya n kya un mga sir?..

Guys pwede ko mangutana, mag pa construct man gud ko ug balay this year, then unsa kaha ang mas maayo kanang i pakyaw ang labor then ako palit sa materyales or inadlaw lang ang labor then ako palit materyales. wala man gud koy idea kong unsa kahay mas maka save, please enlighten me guys, thanks in advance.hehe

gate lng or whole fence and 50k? if gate lng then the 50K sobra ra kau na but if whole fence it would depend on the perimeter of the area and the height of the fence(usually 2m height)
sosyal kau na ang stainless steel counter top for a dirty kitchen pro murag mahal2 gyud na cya.

i think the 100K is not enough for the project. imho, it would be better to do the gate/fence project first then the dirty kitchen later. since it is a dirty kitchen i presume you have an existing kitchen inside the house. it is best to secure the perimeter first pra dli na mkawat ang imu stainless steel kitchen counter top.

pakyaw or inadlaw is a hit or miss thing. you cant assure which is better meaning they both have pros and cons.
if you go for pakyaw, check ang cost nga g.offer how much then how many days to finish and etc... you should also check other contractors for reference. this only to check and to know the standard pricing sa contracts. now if there is a big discrepancy sa contract sa imu kaila then dnha ka mhangyo niya if dako ra iya price but if ubos iyaha pangayo then swerte ka.

if inadlaw, kinahanglan mga maayo gyud imu mga tao kanang dli mga ligoy pra sulit gyud imu gbayad nila. always supply the materials on time pr adli ka alaknse sa oras. coz if you cant provide the necessary materials on time, ngswledo ka sa mga tao but wlay progess ang project ky wla man materials. plan ahead and schedule the tasks to be performed in that way you can purchase the materials ahead of time.

ang pakyaw paspas gyud compared sa inadlaw but if budgetwise mas makabarato ka sa inadlaw.IMO

but if you do the purchases by yourself mas mlower pa nimu na nga amount. you do the purchasing of the materials then ang labor nlng ilaha.

12k - 15k per sqm is for 1 floor only or bisan 2-3 floors mao ra estimate? daghan man cement needed for the floors so i was thinking nga mosaka ang cost.

multiplied by the number of floors. dli ra man pud bags of cement imu iconsider. naa pa man ka lain hardware materials.

nice pud ang zen style nga fence. but since outdoors cya it would be best to use kiln dried and treated wood pra sure gyud nga ligon cya. although mahal cya but it will save a lot from maintenance. im not familiar with bamboo but try to check if there is a treated type bamboo nga baligya.

or you can use rectangular tube(metal) like what bro eve's apple is using. wla na bya to n.update dnhi.

the cost of the project would depend on the area to be fenced. if dako inyo area then dako gyud ang imu gasto. pila ang area sis?
