Affordable Dual-SIM Phones, What can you guys recommend?

Im currently looking at an affordable dual-sim phone and Im not sure which is better, so far from what I've seen the Samsung E1182 is a good basic phone at 1,500 and the Nokia C2 ( I think ) is also good but is a bit more expensive at 2,300. Can anyone push me to the right direction on which one is better or should I look at other models?

The Lenovo A60 dual-sim andriod phone is also good but 7.5k is way over my budget for a dual-sim.

Have you tried considering Alcatel OT-Blaze Glory 918N (Android 2.3 Dual-Active SIM) it got good reviews from istorya members.
