we've shown them ... that there is a way to correct that wrong ... and at the same time justify the making of Consolacion/Cordova into a congressional district even if they don't meet the requirements ... as per the 16 congressional districts' precedent ...

Can you offer a solution to the problem you've know so long ago? If you've known this problem too long ago, why did you not act long before also? Instead of calling names, "BOLAY-OG", "MISREP" unsa pa na diha, if you can offer viable and feasible solution, then maybe that would yield some positive feedbacks here, instead of arguing like a child.

the representative of the 6th district whom i mock as BOLAY-OG because he wont talk to Mandaue officials to solve this wrong ... he should file for the Lone District Mandaue Bill ... and at the same time for the congressional district Consolacion/Cordova ... beseeching his colleagues in congress to rectify the 20 year wrong done to my City ... and citing the 16 precedents to make Consolacion/Cordova a congressional seat ... Voila ! ... everybody should be happy ...

correcting a 20 year wrong? are you sure you are proposing a correction? or you are just spreading hate here? your thread title is just asking a ridiculous question, you did not even suggest a single solution to the problem, you are just critizing without having facts on both sides of the equation. you are single sided. maybe you are just blinded with your enormous imagination to see mandaue being converted to a lone district while you are still alive.
