Pwede sad baya. Only if he can silence himself from exclaiming, "I feel like I'm not playing my 100% anymore" back when he was with AI and Philly kay it was clear he wants to get involved rather than the AI-show. If he teams up with Kobe, he should keep his pace down and do what Phil Jackson tells him to do.
Of course, Webber has to accept a mid-level salary in order for him to play with the Lakers, which i doubt they're gonna do it. Odom and Brown are injured for the meantime but Luke Walton has shown flashes of brilliance and CWebb might take away those pt's if he joins them. And the Lakers need a point guard too, which is the most important thing in the long run for their mid-level exception. But if they really need help right now in that position, they're gonna have to sign him in a reasonable price.
If they want a PF, they might as well pursue the guy out their in Minnesota. :mrgreen:
kung dili man galing, adto na lang siya sa iya hometown sa Detroit oi! at least makabawi siya sa iyang sipyat sa college pa siya's Michigan!
This really sucks.
BUCKS-NUGGETS TRADE
Mag-grade2x sad ko gamay. Hehehe... if u guys don't mind. Anyway, as we all know it, the Bucks sent Steve Blake to the Nuggets for Earl Boykins and Julius Hodge.
DENVER = C
Kung wala mo kabantay, Earl Boykins is "a bit" the odd man out after the Nuggets acquired Allen Iveson. AI is effective as the offensive point guard together with his size and sure, Earl Boykins has had his times when he averaged like 20+ ppg this month right after the suspension of JR and Melo. Pero on the way naman ang duha and they need something to accumulate the minutes and of course, the ball, that is to be served among the offensive people. Make it three lang, AI-JR-Melo. And with Steve Blake, a decent PG, who can "pass" and make the plays necessary for George Karl to make the Denver offense more fluid.
Of course, the Nuggets needed the money (trade exception) to acquire somebody else in the FA market. Gave up Hodge, who barely plays for them, is a "no-hurt" and Terry Stotts may know how to use him. Or get waived.
MILWAUKEE = B+
With Mo Williams down, and Charlie Bell getting the best out of the 3-PG string with Steve Blake, the Bucks needed a spark somewhere after Redd and CV got them spending time in the IL list. They get Earl Boykins just as that simple to take on the PG duties and provide the necessary offensive approach to keep the Bucks afloat while their top players are getting healed. And with their injury-depleted lineup, Julius Hodge may get minutes than he had with the Nuggets this time.
Bucks got great value from Steve Blake and sent their trade exception that would've expired, which was created by Bobby Simmons’ season-ending foot and ankle injuries, was set to expire on Friday.
PRETTY VIOLENT REACTION
WHY THE HELL DIDN'T THE HAWKS DO SOMETHING ABOUT GETTING THIS DEAL WHEN YET THEY'RE STARTING ANOTHER LETHARGIC SEASON?!?!
What a bad time to be a Hawks fan.
