I live in the US, if you want I can buy one extra copy and give you the CD-Key. You need to be able to pay me through paypal though before I buy it. I won't rip you off ... I am a moderator at iSTORYA after all. I'm not going to charge you anything other than what the box costs. If you wanna buy me time for WoW, then it'd be much appreciated but not required. Do you really need a cd key to activate your account for TBC because I didnt even see a "activate your account" here on the account management page of WorldofWarcraft. Consulted with some of my fellow guild member and they said that you dont need a cd key to activate your account for TBC, it is just that you have to install the TBC on your pc and you are able to get to THE OUTLANDS and Level to the next highest cap which is level 70. If you have a Pre-Ordered TBC already and you have used the cd key. Then kidly post a picture here of the said key and the full content of the TBC Expansion pack. Just to authenticate, to many hocks disdays just to be sure.

Yes you will need the CD to install additional content from the CD.

Will I need to install from the CD? Why?

It will be necessary to have a Burning Crusade CD and a Burning Crusade authentication key in order to play The Burning Crusade expansion. There is content on the Burning Crusade CD that will need to be installed that was not included in the patches we recently released. Each account (in the event multiple are played by one person) will need its own copy of The Burning Crusade expansion to install the additional content, and be upgraded with the included authentication key.

Where do I need to enter my key when upgrading? Is it through the client or on the website in Account Management?

You will need to enter your key at the Account Management page to upgrade your account to access The Burning Crusade. We will have a link on the main site for players to access it.

I don't have a key yet because it isn't out yet ... even to those who pre-ordered. But Blizzard has already stated you need a CD-Key to "upgrade" your account. Those who don't "upgrade" their account simply won't be able to access BC content because of either level requirements or inaccessable portals. If you think you are just going to get a copy of BC without having bought it or given a CD key, install it, and level to 70, you are sadly mistaken.
