FILIPINO US FIRM is looking for an experienced and senior level Graphic designer for Print and Web Designs for PART TIME Work (20 hours / week).
Only looking for Filipinos/Filipinas, reference will be required. Interviews shall be performed prior to hiring.
Must be able to speak fluent English and can Communicate well.

Job Duties and Requirements:

** Create High Artistic Website Graphic Designs in PSD or other formats
** Create graphic designs for prints such as business cards, post cards, brochures, flyers,
** Produce collateral materials for clients, including internal communications (posters, newsletters) andexternal communications (brochures, sales/marketing materials.)
** Responsible for the entire design cycle including understanding the client needs, developing materials, working to determine a final product, and print production.
** Develop corporate branding materials (including templates/forms) and insure all collateral adheres to established brand standards.


Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent is required. Degree in Art, Design, Advertising or related field preferred.
4-5 years of corporate graphic design experience required.
Advanced computer skills, includingMS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) applications, graphics (Quark, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, PageMaker) applications, and multimedia (Flash, Dreamweaver) applications.
Demonstrated ability to communicate creative thoughts/concepts to clients.
Experience understanding client needs and translating them into unique design concepts.
Experience with both PC and Mac platforms
Knowledge of print process and production.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, with an emphasis on detecting errors and/or potential fraud.
Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.

Attendance and Communication

** PArt time work (20 hours a week) - Monday to Friday
** Must be able to work some Easter Time from 8am - 5pm EST or 9am - 6pm EST (same hours everyday)
** Google chat must be always online during working time
** Skype for phone conversation (must have headset or will get one in the future)
** Weekly Status Report must be submitted
** Time Entry everyday
** Strong Work Ethics and Hard Worker
** Frequent communication is a Must
** Reliable Internet at home - High Speed


Compensation

** PART time work will be paid $250 / month (If you perform well after 3-4 months, you will be evaluated for a raise)
** Payment will be made through PAYPAL every 15th and 30th of the month
** Person will be on probation for 3-4 months
