I wish someone else would emerge to challenge both rama and osmena. Someone whose loyalty is for the constituents, and not for a party or self interests.

Osmena ko.. I was for rama and was willling to let him have a chance but lost confidnece on him.. when he started thinking of immediately selling selling SRP lots and not go for joint venture...

wants easy money so selling of lots would be profitable for his pockets...

and if you have following the 93-1 problem you can say it can really make a nice movie..

nice about mike... he dredges the water ways and the asphalts are thick.. which we can see everytime elections are near...

on 93-1 i think it is on the edge of finalization since there was already an MOU ( Memorandum of Understanding ) signed in the presence of VP Binay. And yeah on SRP, what can you ask for, the city is paying the debt for the non profiting land. Thats why it's needed to be sold asap.

Luma naning "Change" nga platform... tan-awa bitaw si Obama, pwerteng bandera sa "Change" nga plataporma. Unya sa dihang naka lingkod na. Wa juy tawon na usab. Gipangtirahan pa atong mga outsourcing og internet (web-based) jobs. Bag-o pero bati og performance.

I would rather vote for an old politician with a proven track record of growth than a new one who promises the same thing but actually has nothing.

    Mayor Tommy here.

and yet the city government does not have a single proposal to make it profitable? Land is a property that never depreciates. Long term = growth, progress and prosperity. Short term = selling = pocket money for Rama. IMHO.

I think its a group decision and not Rama alone..
and not pocket for Rama but for the City...

Its ok to sell it as long nga maka bawi ang City ug puro pod income mabalik..
When man nimo i sell kung wala na ang "construction boom"? kung wala na gana ang SM mag expansion?
unsay gawas ana kadugayan kung pasagdaan...squatters..
Suya ra na bro... kay naunhan man!
