this is what happened :
before pa ko ne apply, i made some queries sa sun shop SM, Ayala ug katong Sun agents na mi-adto sa amo company about this ''fully consumable option'' sa ila regular 350..cla tanan mi ingon jud na pwde mag give-a-load without having additional charges...
now, nga activated na ako postpaid sim..nag give-a-load daun ko sa ako sun int'l sim text2 and tawag2 daun ko sa relatives abroad para ma consume naku ang 350 consumable load...
resulta: all those give-a-load transactions additional charges d,i sya on top of the 350- worst ila geregister ako plan sa UNLI-klaro man ta kaau ako ge checkan na box 'consumable'.
so, i contacted customer service ug gereklamo nako....mao to ni-ana sya ''all give-a-load transaction echarge jud d,i on top of my monthly 350''. mao to ni-ana ko,,if sakto palang ang information na gehatag nako sa ilaha staff, then ni-choose na unta kog fixed load plan - daun ni ask ko if pwd ba mu switch ug plan from regular to fixed load plan...d pajud pwd,,now, im stuck with the plan na dli naku magamit.. paet!
guys, if you have experience something like this please do share..
any suggestions as to what to do best in this situaiton will be appreciated..
