it's quite shocking to read this thread...

I was once hired by TP however, never did I signed the contract for a simple reason that they do not have that much benefits with other centers...

it was like 16k a year ago and that's it...

I completely agree with Jasper. Everything that has been said during interview and JO is just the tip of the iceberg.

During my JO, I kept hearing the term project-based. I, for the love of me, didn't even thought of questioning what it meant because I thought it was just one of those terminologies that call centers use. But lo and behold, during the first day of our training, the snotty HR told us that we will not be regularized because of the project-based set up. I thought I was the only one who was completely appalled by this revelation. Later on I knew that a lot of my co-trainees were also surprised. It was never told to us during the JO. Well, of course they won't discussed it in detail because if they did a lot will definitely have second thoughts.

And yes, hourly rate! It's almost laughable to say the least but that's how we are here in TP. I have a number of friends who showed interest in applying, I outright told them, NO!!! A big NO!

Hi guys! I caught myself with extreme guilt when I forced my friends to resign from their previous BPO company and encouraged them to follow me in TP.. God! naglisud sila ug gasto sa limpak limpak na 80.46 per hour rate with NO BENEFITS AND ALLOWANCES!!! Amazing!!!

Yes kabalo na naay reaction na nganong nisign ko sa contract... well, i signed the contract because they way it was explained by HR is different from the fine prints on the paper... My bad that I trust the HR... and naa pa sya'y linya nga "guys, you can party like a rockstar on pay day!"... so kinsa may motake time to read the fine prints anang mga linyah kuno aber?

Also I have to say this, that I have never been in a call center environment where a trainer cusses infront of her trainees openly! Case in point, this trainer cussed my co-trainee because he forgot his password. And oh yes, the exact words were, "WHAT THE F**K, (name)?!? And this was said inside the training room.

I also heard her say "PUNYEMAS" infront of us! Really? Teleperformance, do you condone this kind of despicable act? Pfffttt...

im lookn for some info bout teleperformance cebu.. like basic salary(approximate lng ky kbw ku confidential nah..heheh), benefits, ila mga accounts, nd nndot bah.. probably this has been posted already but daghan na kaau pages gd.. 2ng is k.thread 200 plus pages xa.. nalibat nku pinangita.. nd mostly puros saway ang posts..hehehe(no ofens sa mga n.post).. so sa k2ng mga maluoy ntawn, puydi mangayu ani na info.. bsag murag summary lng bah.. hehhh.. salamat..
