again, the salary really depends on your experience. if your experience is the same as the nature of work in Fluor, then you are most likely to be given a higher job offer.

when we say entry level, it does not necessarily mean a fresh graduate. it might mean a person with 1 or 2yrs experience..

for those na nisubmit na resume, ayaw lang mu kaguol. HR handles hundreds of resume per week.
they will contact you if you have been shortlisted. just be patient.
you can always follow up politely if you want.

as far as i know, there's no age limit.
