If Gwen only has the delicadeza and drop the family's interests, she would make a very good governor and probably will surpass Lito O.

I'm not really into cebu politics pero daku kaayo ang natabang sa admin ni Gov Gwen sa rescue and recovery efforts sa Typhoon Sendong in Iligan and Cagayan de Oro. In fact you can still see some of the heavy equipment of the Cebu Provincial Govt sa Iligan up to this day..

On a personal note, i had a chance of having several transactions with a Garcia kin, a former mayor, they are a professional and good hearted family..
