i dont mean to offend, but the lesson there is not to be greedy. unless na lang if you can back up your expected salary with good credentials.
good credentials = good pay.
entry level experience = entry level pay
a company measures your value thru your relevant and solid experience and a little "x factor".
I don't know if there were the guards there, basta naa man sila sa front desk and ingon sila ipasubmit lang daw ang resume ug ila ra iforward sa HR. Pwede mi maka-follow up ana?
i think those were the OJTs. they are in-charged of accepting applications at the Front Desk. then they sort your resumes according to which department you might fit. (thus the reason for the weekly forwarding of applications to the HR)
yes you can follow up. just ask politely..
