we all know that adobo is filipino's most favorite recipe to be served in our dining table. There are a lot of styles in adobo that we filipino's make depending on which region or provinces that you live. Some pinoy's make their adobo with chili's with the use of siling labuyo to make it spicy, others use siling mahaba, some just even make their adobo with only pure vinegar and some they like their adobo with certain sweetness.
For me I make my chicken and pork adobo with a mix of coconut vinegar (suka nga tuba), soy sauce, sprite and 2 siling mahaba. hehe.
