Why is istorya.net still not closing this thread?

Kay kani ra man usa nga nag post2 ug nag drop names ra moy nag hinuganawan ani nga thread gud. Bsan gi ban na iya username kay nag create lang gihapon bag-o. Tsk!

im not really a fan of this new company, but because of what she/he's doing, ill ask mods to do the same thing again with her previous acct.(someone is just too stupid to do the same nonsense thing.)

no need to close this thread. people need to learn something about the company and its background.

the hiring process is very unprofessional. gipahuwat ko ug 2 hours for final interview unya wala, gipabalik the next day, waited for another hour, since wala available ag OM napod , ingun nga tawgan jud ko... nya wala na hing tawag... unya after two weeks gi text nako kay ingun sila nga positive ang application ko, unya ga text ra after a few days nga "Im sorry you did not make it to the final interview" WHAT?

I applied in this company last monday... Yes, I do agree that the recruiting process is kinda slow... here's the process:

First is the Exam:
3 set of exam ni cya...
-Recordings (which you need to give a tell a little bit about yourself and then answer the question given by the personnel nga nagguide ninyo sa exam)
-call simulation (you need to listen 3 calls and your not allowed to write down anything to test your listening skills... need to get 10 correct scores to pass this one.. I didn't encounter someone telling me the encounter anyone telling me the percentage of my score so don't know where ninyo nakuha inyong mga scores.. hehehe)
-typing test (sayon rani cya basta maminaw lang jud sa instructions.. just a reminder, gamit ug spacebar kay ang akong kauban wa jud ni gamit ug spacebar kay ni ingon daw ang nagguide namo nga gamiton daw ang spacebar para ma end ang test... what she means is when your finish it will inform you that its finish and you need to use the spacebar to end it.. hagba cla tungod ana... and lastly, sa recording kay 1 min ra.. so kailangan 1 min ra jud.. ayaw pasubrahi d sa kaayo kulang.. heheh)
-after taking the exam, you'll be ask to wait in the training room.. just wait lang jud.. i know dugay pero if you really want to land a job kailangan jud ang pasensya... hehehe.. akoa sad na opinion...

2nd stage is the initial interview:
-in this stage, you need to be consistent with your answers ug hinumdumi jud hangtod final interview... the interviewer will ask you some info about yourself, job experiences and some personal info.. i don't know if its necessary to ask personal questions but depende na tingali na sa interviewer... then you'll be ask to sell something like a ballpen, refurbished toothbrush or anything they can think of... just try to think out of the box.. kanang wild kaau nga innovation sa product nga gipabaligya para makapasar ka... imagination is very important in this part.. hehehe)
-after the interview if pasar ka segurado kay dritso nka ug sulat sa imong mga character references.. if not, maybe you'll be ask to wait lang sa training room to let them decide if they will let u pass or not... not sure lang kay dritso man ko ug sulat ug character references...

Final Interview:
-You'll be using a computer.. pangutan on ka sa OM if kahibaw ba ka mogamit ug skype... then naa sad mga scripts nga ipanasa nya nimo so basa basaha lang.. then he/she will call u via skype and ask you questions... uban kay gipangutana na sa initial interview and uban kay psychological questions.. just be consistent with ur answers.. then pabasahon ka ug mga scripts.. basaha lang.. hehehe..
-after the interview, you'll be ask to wait nasad sa training room para ma interview ang uban... tingob2x ang style nila... patience jud ang kailangan... hehehe..

Lastly Account Interview:
-dri nga part kay medyo na shock ko.. hehehe.. panel man gud ang nahitabo.. we were ask to a series of questions and the interviewer will try to ask you something related to your answers.. ako kay hobbies man to amoa... so he ask us about our hobbies... then give u 2 psychological questions to test ur skills on selling... ako kay gipabaligya ko ug bottled water sa usa ka mystical creature nga maka self produce ug iya kaugalingon nga water... baligya jud ug taman.. hahaha.. rebuttal jud ug maau.. use ur imagination... then ask you to answer a situation where you have 2 possible answer and you need to choose ug usa... bali2xhon jud ka nya basta consistent lang jud...
-after this stage kay gipahulat mi for 15 mins then called one by one for the result..

so mao na akong na experience sa ilang recruitment process... hope makatabang sad ninyo...

i don't know yet bro... last monday lang ko nadawat and will start this coming monday... try to ask them katong naa nay experience aning kompanyahan... basta akoa lang kay try lang sad ko ani nla... kapoy naman sad gud cgeg apply... hehehe...
