I think one of the ways of knowing if there's funding from the National Government is if there's proper maintenance of their projects. Like for instance the coastal road in SRP. That's a national road. Currently, the condition of the road there is, for sanity's sake, terrible! And to think that DPWH has an office there pa ha.
And for the new projects, haven't noticed anything yet.

Well, sorry to say, but our president is really incompetent, and likewise with some of his cabinet members who happen to lead some important agencies like Abad.

Yep, 2 years and still nothing much to show for it. Iya laging agenda is to first get rid of corruption. Pwede man unta siya mag multitask.

Even from the start of his campaign, PNoy had no economic agenda in his sleeves.
And that's precisely the reason why he didn't attend most, or all, debate because he couldn't answer
directly, or expound further his answers when it comes to economics.
Almost all his answers to interviews start or contain, "kung walang corrupt" or "alisin ang corrupt", etc...
The fact that their province, Tarlac, has been poor eversince, is a big evidence of his incompetence.
How can we expect projects here in Cebu, or in other provinces, when he even has not poured enough projects in his hometown?
When GMA won last time, she immediately let us feel her projects, and likewise to the other provinces.

Next time, I think we should exercise our right to suffrage properly.
Politician is synonymous to corruption. Thus, we better choose someone who has done his assignments well
like implemention of many projects, and is a good leader.

Hopefully our country won't be a big Tarlac =(
