    May unta artista ta or for hire na escort service.... pero dili man practical gud.

    share lang ko sir...callcenter ko ga trabaho pero 8years nko ga workout, i always make time for it 4-5x a week before or after work depende sa schedule... and its not necessary na mag supplements ka u just need to have a sensible nutrition plan and naa mga gym na tag 500/month lang...

    ka2 pud nagwork ko sa bank.. kadlawn rko ka prepare sa akoa diet.. then gabi-e na kaau ko ka workout.. usahay bali.. nindot man sad gud.. dli ka ka feel kaau ug dali maluya.. kay imo dugo mka circulate ug tarong compared sa wla kaau ka lihok then office work or lingkod cge..

    all work and no workout is bad for your health bro. workout is good for your health di lang pang body image hasta to lower your blood pressure, strengthen your heart and increase your stamina.

    ako bro bisan pa overtime mon ko sa office biya jud ko kay mo workout ko. di ko papugong hehehe.
