Under the measure, voters’ education shall be taught by adequately trained teachers in formal and non-formal educational system in fourth year high school through lectures, demonstrations and other approaches.
The bill provides for the implementation of the voters’ education subject at the start of the school year immediately following the effectivity of the proposed act.
