    Default how you keep your self fit....


    honestly,i worked as a swimming instructor...nindot ako na experience kai at the same time ganahan ko ako job..they pay me to teach at the same time nag exercise ko...mao na nindot.but i wont encourage you guys nga undang mu job unya pagswimming instructor.what i mean is find job which is best for you and find time to exercise or else you find your self wondering"nganu ntambok man ko oi"he3

    im a member of a biking club so mao na biking ang akong exercise nya taebo2x sad ginagmay hehehe...

    dula lang ko basketball twice a week for 2 hrs and lift some weights 4 times in a week...

    playing basketball is for burning fats especially in my abdomenal part and lifting weights is to build muscles..I spent a maximum of 2 hrs in lifting weights in the gym! These surely makes me fit :mrgreen:

    i believe if a person is very commited to staying fit he or she will always find time to exercise

    maau kaayo nga daghan diay dri mga fitness buff preha nko...bai keep it up..ako tambag just stay exercise and eat plenty vege's..and sleep well,coz in exercise it doe'snt matter how hard you work put if you dont rest..baliwala ra na imu kahago.if you need advise basin makatabang rko..

    5 components of physical fitness:

    1.) cardiovascular endurance
    2.) muscular fitness
    3.) muscular strength
    4.) body composition
    5.) flexibility

    Be good in all of the above and you're good. If not, I'm gonna be in Cebu for 2 months this summer. I can be your personal fitness trainor..haha, nuang ra. Just strive for those 5 and you're okay. Be sure to recover after exercise to prevent injuries and watch your diet. Don't drink too much too.

    within the week, i either box, climb or go to the gym. But sa weekends.. shopping! hehehhe great workout
