It has been initiated by the Aquino administration where students will have to undergo a new system of education.
This program will require all incoming students to enroll into two more years of basic education. Thus, the K+12 System will basically include the Universal kindergarten, 6 years of elementary, 4 years of junior high school with an additional 2 years for senior high school.

Para nako nindot ni ue....because during the last 2 years of this program. Students will be given a chance to have a focus knowledge on a subject that they want to pursue in college. So even if they cant proceed college, they will have atleast basic knowledge on subjects that are found in college course.

we had a we nice discussion about this topic in our economics class,para nako nindot ky kung ma implement ang NEE dle na tanan makasulod sa university kad2 nlng qualified, and that in college if European model ilang gamiton 3 years of majors nya wala nay minors pde p jd dw daghan majors kuhaon, sa gawas gani dw naa kaila amu teacher nga Physics major at the same time Literature major , nindot ni sa mga ganahan ug daaghan major like nq nahan ta q mu sabay ug ECE or EE sa aqng course sa Applied physics but sad to say d p mn pde rn , ang lisud lng ani ky ang mga status sa mga universities ky naa dw uban nga dle na tagaan ug university status e demote dw, plus if maka tiwas nka ug highschool lng ani nga program pwede na au ka mu work

setting aside the tuition fee, i think it will allow the students to mature more before going to college and work. in other countries they start working at around 22-23 years old already.

Para nako kung ma implement man jud K+12. Daghan na jud ang dili maka graduate ug high school especially sa kadtong na sa public schools, more high school dropouts, gamay nalang ang mo pursue padayun ug college. It's easy to say nga i-set aside lang nato ang mga gastohanan, I mean think of other people mga less fortunate. Its a big burden for them. Naa ra jud na sa swkelahan, sa teachers kung unsaon nila pag tudlo sa ilang mga estudyante. Public schools nato wala jud disiplina even on some private schools. Mga maestro, maestra tinapulan ang pagtudlo tiwasan pa ug mga tapulan sad na mga taw. Naa ra jud na sa taw iyang paglampos. Sa uban countries lahi man sa ila because stable na man ilang economy even high school graduates sa ila can work with minimum wage, enough to cover expenses and needs nila. Comparing the situation in our economy to other countries layo ra gyud ta. Atong nasod walay disiplina mga taw walay disiplina gobyerno walay disiplina kwatan pa. I doubt bisag naa pa ning K+12 program, wala gihapoy mausab. Just another extra 2 years before going to college plus we are feeding government more money. More burden... thus I will not support this K+12.

nindot man unta ni nga program, pero dapat gyud nila usbon ang curriculum man sa college, daghan kaau mga minor subjects nga binalik na sa high school and mostly dili kaau related sa field or sa course..
