nahh nag antos jud ko sa cvg ug 1 year plus..pero ok ra sad ako experience aside sadakog pay, lots of freebies, allowances & oppurtunities..

my colleagues are still there & they are already on their 3rd year..
sa banawa ko..u know the accnt..hehe

before mapalit nako tanan ako gnhn ug bisag dli gnhn mapalit nako, karon makapalit japon but it will take time...hehehe

but i had a nice experience sa cvg...
atik pra maapil lng gud sa resume pra nig apply ug lain trabaho..hahha

= nag nurse naman kunuhay ko nga walay sweldo and it was jsut for 3 mos... gave up jud nako ang dako og sweldo for the sake of expereience... lolz

= it was fun kay nice akong account, although stress kaya ra.. gamay ra man gud mi basta buntag... never even experienced night shifts, earliest i came in was 6 am... then, it was a non voice account lang... hehehe... just processed orders... the bad thing was that, sales akong LOB, they told us we have incentives... dugay au gihatag wui... ni resign na lang ko... wa japun nahatag... ok ra na

ex-CVG pud ko. was there for a month only. di nako ma-take ang pressure ato, first call center nako, and i hated the experience. way klaro ang account. di man siguro lisod ba kung di pa gubot ang services mismo sa account (Sprint). super-gubot lang. tungod siguro sa kadaghan sa ilang g-offer nga services ug sa kadaghan sa ilang customers.

samok sad ning mga amerikano nga dili mamayad ug utang tapos masuko kung e-cut off ilang phones. didnt like being cursed at.

xlibris na pud ko ron. dili na agent. dako-dako pud sweldo gamay pero wala kaayo incentives.

nataymingan lng nga na-profile ko sa pinakalisod nlang acct. got to attend 2 xmas parties & the last 1 kay nakadaog pako prize & thats when i said to myself pwede nako mohawag cvg.haha

>>> I left CVG last June 1st, I left because I left like I'm already living to work, when it should be otherwise. I was happy @ first, but the account is just so toxic that I came to a point where I dread each time I wake up knowing that I'd have to go back to work.

3. Describe your stay at CVG?My stay @ CVG was great, they are right, it's the best- no complains about the company- it deserves the award- employer of the year for 2012... The people at Banawa are awesome.
