PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY PC Fellow Istoryans...:c

I have a new assembled PC which I have never encountered before...

SPECS:
Processor: Athlon 64 3500+ socket 939 (venice)
Motherboard: MSI K8NGM2-FID (bought last month at PCX jones)
Harddisk: Seagate baraccuda 7200.10 80gig (bought at PCX SM)
RAM: 2x512MB Corsair value RAM (dual channel support DDR400)
Video: Built-in Video (Nvidia 6150 chipset)
OTHERS: 1 cyberdrive DVD-ROM
1 samsung DVD/RW

PROBLEM IS: When I install my WINDOWS XP SP1 the instalation will not continue. Some files cannot be copied. And XP setup will not continue. And there is no sign of hang up's. I really dont knw what is the problem. And sometimes I can see the "Blue screen of death" stating that there is a problem with the hardware of the software. So I decided to setup the Hardisk to another computer and I even transfered the DVD-ROM to the other computer to see if the DVDROM cannot read clearly but as a result "ni-continue man cya ug setup sa lain na computer kung ako ibalik sa ako computer dili jud cya mu-continue"..... Ambot ani oi... I tried restoring the bios to the original default settings but still the WINXP setup will not continue....:c I tried using different WINXP cd's but still wont continue... Tried using another ROM (ASUS CDROM) but still wont continue setup... PLEASE HELP....THANKS

PS: Mudawat ba kaha na ang PCXpress ug repair or pa-troubleshoot?

have the same problem (pero out of warranty na ako comp) and ask the guy from greenvalley computer repair services. he told me na pilian daw og ram ang windows xp. try daw to change the ram and the ide cable. havent tried it myself since i dont have time to do so pa. you use the ram from the other computer if it will successfully install na.

take out one of ur RAM sticks and see if XP installation would finish... that "error copying from CD" is a common problem with XP installation when XP finds two or more RAM sticks not perfectly matched, or when the RAM stick is not fully compatible with the motherboard chipset for XP...

have seen that problem here in my shop countless times na, so go with my suggestion as above first... then if same prob ra gihapon, time to bring it here for motherboard repair na jud...

sometimes ang problem gud ana is ang cd na xp, if garas na it will continue at the middle of installation, and samot na pirated, din third and cdrom pilian pod na cd iyang dawaton...try to borrow some cdrom to your friends...

kung mo-blue screen siya bro, hardware problem na sya..

try sa nimo og tang2x sa memory, limpyuhi.
try pud i-boot up og usa ra ka memory
try pud tarongon nimo ang connections sa mga hardwares nimo
if underwarranty, pa-check imu rig, especially sa memory.

If modagan sa uban ang cd, hardware problem na siya.. not the installer..

sakto si ruelnov. i also do installation for my friends. if these things happens ako usually kuhaon ang extra rams binlan lang nako og usa. then to verify ipulipuli lang nya dayon imo rams to determine which ram is causing the problem.

try ruelnov's suggestion first. swapping RAMs mostly fixes that issue

Thank you my fellow istoryans.. Truly 1 RAM is the problem It is the one causing the Blue screen. Pero Im having a problem kasi The RAM is not purchased here it was purchased in the states thru NEWEGG. I dont know what to do with this RAM. Can sir ruel fix my RAM? I hope so... Please advice me what to do.... Thanks...
