    Hi All,

Sorry LVBI is not as active in answering your questions in these forums, but let me assure you that the company is still up and running. We have been in this industry for a little over 5 years now, and yes, still running strong. We were originally BCPI, but when the owners switched hands, we changed the name.

You already have the general information you need to know about the company if you read the thread, but if you want to know more about the working environment, here's what I can say:

Working environment - laid back and comfortable. Because we are a small company, we have a great working relationship with everyone in the office. There is no major dress code to follow and things are not too hectic. Everyone in the company basically pulls their part of the work which makes things easier on everyone.

Management - pretty good. The managers don't involve themselves too much in daily activities, but they are approachable if there are concerns and issues you feel you need to deal with. Training, advice, or whatever you need (hopefully not monetary), they will do their best to help.

There's free water, coffee and juice, but you just need to bring your own tumbler.

Other than that, it's a pretty good company to work for.

    Hope that helps.

True that! I've worked here for almost 3 weeks, though I haven't stayed that long I could still say its worth it.
The management is good, specially the OM she's approachable in any terms (not monetary though :P) .
I quit coz I just had some priorities to work out. BTW, thanks joana and joe . .
