First was the Urban Indulgence coupon... We could no longer contact the salon... and after asking Ensogo why, we were told that the salon had folded shop. We had to request for a reversal of the payments. It took ages (and several follow-ups) for Ensogo to do this.

Second was the Oyster Bay promo. We had no problems with how the food tasted. It was really delicious... Our letdown was the advertised serving size (good for 3 to 4 people). The advertised paella plate was fit for just 1 very hungry person. We ended up spending an additional 1k when we visited the restaurant.

Third and last time would be the recent Speedy Laundry deal. The advertising message was phrased in such a way that a coupon was for dry cleaning any one piece of gown, dress or suit. However, a (literally) fine print hinted that the voucher "may" be used as a discount coupon.

Surprise, surprise. The shop is actually going to charge close to 1.5k to dry clean one piece of dress, suit or stuffed toy, and can honor only up to P400 worth of vouchers (2 vouchers) per person. This means you need to pay up 1.1k if you want to get the job done.
I feel for you, bro. I'm actually wondering if Ensogo does not check on the deals they offer. I've used numerous vouchers from Ensogo, and all of them have been really great except for the last one. I'm talking about the dinner for two sa Bellini Bar. Dili jud good for two ang serving size sa food. Instead maka-save mi sa akong uyab, we ended up paying more than our initial budget. You can read about the details of the entire foodtrip at Eat Cebu: Bellini Champagne & Cocktail Bar: A Pre-Valentine Date

Now, I'm not sure if I would be interested of the other deals Ensogo would be offering.

Akong advise lang sa mga ganahan mupalit sa Ensogo, pili-a lang tong non-travel deals. Kay I have read man jud from other sites na dili daw mao ang nakaoffer sa site. I think it's the companies problem na mali ang amount na ihatag nila sa Ensogo kay para ang Ensogo ang madaot.

Akong permi paliton kay food. Tas basaha jud ang fine prints, if in doubt tawagi sa daan bago ka mupalit.

I bought the Go Kart, Papa Kit's Zipline, Tea Serve, Osyter Bay, Dunkin Donuts, Tea time at Vanille, Bigby's. Nakapalit sad ko atong Cream Cheese for a very discounted price. For someone who bakes that was a total treat!
I have some unused vouchers pa. Will be using them nig tingbits! :P

we've been using Ensogo and Metrodeal since last year.

Wala man mi na-encounter nga problem, since my GF would really call the merchants before purchasing.
Even if 1 hour nalang mo-close ang deal.

tawagi lang jud ang mga merchants to clarify each transaction you'll have.
Naa bitaw na'y contact numbers gi-hatag.

Dapat jud nimu tarungon ug basa before ka mu purchase some of them are misleading jud. Para safe pud ako buhaton kay dili ko mupalit ug ni-libo na nga deals ug mas mo prefer ko ug food kesa sa travels or mga things.

Karun naa ko voucher sa 22nd. Try ko ug palit kay naka try man pud akong manghud purchased atong songhits nga deal and it turns out so well, walay problema daw so hopefully okey sad ning 22nd nga deal.. plan to use it this saturday.
