contrary to popular belief that acquisition is just only thing we need to think... its more likely that its is more expensive to maintain and operate that buying it... so in the long run.... even if we can get fancy hardware can we maintain it? can we operate it? corruption? its just a small problem compared to the process it goes thru before the fund can be allocated...

probably removed during the transportation... but afaik the sokol's rotor is foldable... hope to see one of those birds flyby over house anytime this year... i heard that this bird will be rush to help the relief operation in negros... talk about baptism by fire... before PCG SRV vessel went to rescue superferry before it was even christened and was even late for the ceremony..
