    mag sabot ra nya ta kanus-a bai... hehehe ako pod toh ingnon ako kauban. mas maayo daghan unta ta para nindot.

    kuyog nya ko mga brod kung dili conflict sa trabaho pero magcontact ko daan ug habal2x sa j.y. para engkaso lng dili na nko makaya. hehehehe

    HIIT is very effective in weight loss i used to do this long time ago........ nindot sad ni siya pang 5k kung mo compete ka ..........

    Uu sir, intervals or interval training. Effective jud ni siya for fat loss labi na kung nag plateau naka sa imong weight loss program ug di na kaayo effective ang jogging.

    ako para di kaayo gasto i only run with events nga dunay finishers medal ako paabton ug 50 ka medal At that time cguro mu abot nako ug 40 years old hehehe It really feels nice to see your accomplishments and as you count them one by one you start to think the number of kilometers you have run to the present Lipay kaayo ko ani nga sport hehe although gasto sya pero its all worth it.
