sir, mangutana lang ko... ngano mas mahal man nuon sa ciudad? ako impression was mas mahal kung layo sa ciudad kay lisod i-procure ang materials. sayop d i ni ako assumption?

mo sumpay ko sa original question sa TS... kung mo patukod ka ug apartment/townhouse nga kanang mga 4 units lang pananglitan, mas maau ba nga ipa-agi gyud ug contractor or pwede ra ikaw mangita sa mga tao kung naa nay plano?
